Today is World Autism Awareness day and we want to celebrate and create awareness. Autistic people face discrimination and barriers across all sectors of society. It is crucial that autistic people, can access tailored information, guidance and support to overcome those barriers.

April is about creating awareness of stress and an emphasise on how even the smallest steps can help reduce stress levels. This year's theme is #LittlebyLittle . Over the month Survivors in Transition will be posting a range of stress related posts. 💜

Today marks Trans Day of Visibility, which takes place each year to celebrate trans and non-binary people and raise awareness of discrimination faced by trans people worldwide. Let's be proud of who trans community are, just as they are! 🏳️‍⚧️ 💙
