Construction on highway ruined communication system(landline & Broadband) of my area on April 2.. today is April 10 still engineers of Airtel Cares unable to bring the communication back on track.. consumer executive is giving future dates of recovery at every phone Calls..😐

Facing unplanned outrage since June 7 & still no response from engineer team of Airtel Cares , only getting future dates of issue resolve from customer care, despite of a big network Airtel Cares is unable to resolve the issue since last 10days 😐

If u r reading this tweet then don't go for broadband of Airtel Cares , it's been more than 2 weeks still the issue remains the same..2 weeks earlier an unplanned outage happened due to which there is no network at my entire location, team still working😐

Worst maintenance by Airtel Cares ...it's been 19 days but still cable cut not has been resolved yet... Customer care only giving future dates with promise of deduction in bill but what about my loss m bearing during this period bcz of no internet??
