I’ve been a big fan of litanies lately for prayer. When you don’t know what to say to God, or are looking for something deeper, or just want a switch up… Litanies, The Rosary, Chaplets, Novenas…all good options

A hack to calm a busy mind is just stop and listen to nature… Listen to the raindrops… The birds… The bugs… Even the cars, if that counts as nature. It might sound corny, but it’s a good way to immerse yourself into the present moment.
