2025-10-17 06:52 UTC. After replaying more than a dozen times both IQ recordings with a Yagi and a turnstile antenna, I finally managed to get a full decode of the photo transmitted from the 🇷🇺 🛰️ TUSUR GO on ~437.730 MHz, in GMSK GeoScan 9600 bd. 🎉

Good signal at 17.2 kHz from SAQ alternator on today's UN-Day. SAQ is the only remaining pre-electronic radio TX still operational. Clearly visible at 11.905 kHz, 12.649 kHz, and 14.881 kHz are the signals of the Russian Alpha Chain (RSDN-20) long range radionavigation system
