Hosting an Inset day session today for an academy group and partner schools - workforces of up to 52 schools hearing about why healthy #breathing matters so much for childhood development & and learning. Thrilled to see this work sparking more interest from schools. #derbyshire

As well as teaching fun workshops for kids, we also coach teachers,counsellors,mental health nurses, with a “Supporting Children Towards Better Breathing” workshop. Huge implications for long term physical & mental health & ability to learn & develop to their full potential. #CPD
