Just be careful... above 10k lux indoors, glare can get brutal, especially in smaller rooms. Intraocular scatter creates a blurry glow in your eyes, your pupil can't constrict enough, and the retina gets overwhelmed, causing discomfort. Even 2-5k lux can be overkill in tight

As we head in to Fall, one of the most supportive things you can for your immune system is to embrace the dark of the long nights. Light candles, turn off the electrical circuits, and do anything other than blasting yourself with artificial light, and EMFs.
