All the growing pains of 2022 have led you here. All the efforts you made this year, all the goals you set, and all the milestones you met. 40 days before we start all over. Don't give up now: make them count.

Don't be surprised when life starts to fall into place and your dreams start turning into reality. This isn't a fluke. This is your life now. You manifested it, worked hard for it, and babe, you deserve it.

You can go achieve spectacular results on your own, I know you can. But if you have really big goals, goals that scare you, trying to do it alone might me why you haven't succeeded.

Never undermine your progress just because you can't see the results. Progress > perfection. It takes weeks, months, and years, to see the results of your hard work. Stop self-shaming and start self-praising.

Stop giving up so quickly. Your first couple of tries will suck. Choose to learn from them, get better, and keep pushing. You'll be surprised what happens when you don't give up.
