Second PVC today. Antero-septal RVOT

Impella assisted septal VT ablation, both Left and right bundle morph suggesting differing exits. Septal conduction time about 50 ms. Blue spline is at the green dot. RF done both sides of the septum - slowed, then terminated and non inducible

NICM, recent MitraClip, Epi/Endo mapping, Optrell retrograde along with Impella. Basal VT slowing and termination with endo RF alone. Epi sites too close to the LAD

Completed an anterior mitral line with a CS roof lesion to terminate AFL

3rd time redo. CS showed Afib, LA mostly silent. RA with AT CL 190 ms. Interesting activation in RA with septal slow conduction zone and a crista gap. Septal lesions dissociated RA from LA/CS and Crista lesions terminated AT to Sinus. Sick map by My Info
