Last year I tweeted about putting all my cash to work in real estate. Now I'm doubling down! In addition to investing in and buying real estate, I'm looking to acquire real estate businesses. Specifically in the market for property/HOA management companies - DMs are open!

Building materials distribution is a $500B+ industry I didn't know existed, and there's money pouring into it FYI - distributors here are the middlemen between folks who manfacture goods for buildings (windows, HVAC, roofing, etc.) and contractors Some interesting tidbits: -

AI vid gen companies are taking off! Came across one doing 8 figures in revenue, but I'm still looking for real use cases (aside from marketing for brands) Are these tools being mainly used to generate AI slop?

Took some time over the last couple weeks to look into manufacturing, had some eye-opening takeaways: • Every dollar spent in manufacturing results in an additional $2.79 added to the economy - the highest multiplier effect of any sector • Every manufacturing job spurs 7 to 12

Yearly checkin: this dude made $466,960.01 in profit last year. On $571,184.60 in revenue.
