Well, this isn't half exciting (important, too). The Baton of Hope UK's Tour 2025 is coming to West Lothian, here in Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 On Friday 05 September, it will visit a range of locations across the area, in partnership with Neil's Hugs Foundation. suicideprevention.scot/articles/baton…

Clare lost her nephew Gerry, mum Prue and brother-in-law Sandy to suicide. As her son Andrew struggled with his own mental health, she learnt to ask him if he felt suicidal. It has made a massive difference. 🧡
