It's been more than a year since I was exposed to extreme heat. Tried a short run today. It was just 10KM but feels like 50KM 🥵

Yesterday, during my altitude run to Marhi snow point, this little furry friend joined me along the way and stayed by my side for a whopping 40 kilometers, becoming the perfect companion in those snowy mountains where I usually run solo.

Such companions makes those tough

Half century for the day with almost 1.5 km elevation gain. Body is responding well on high altitude now. Strength workouts are paying off.
2024-2025 calendar is full for big runs so still plenty of work to do.
