Dad was recently diagnosed with dementia. We knew it was there. The diagnosis validated what we knew. The relief the diagnosis has brought has been unexpected. Thank you to our amazing NHS & memory services. The assessment dad had was 💯 #dementia

In a period of endings it was my final delivery of training with recovery college this week, in this role at least. Such a highlight of my career to co-deliver training with a previous client. Grateful 🙏 @RCNHFT Northants Healthcare

Stepped outside for some air. Feeling grateful. Paused at the magnolia my mum bought for me for my birthday birthday she died. It’s about to bloom. She speaks to me occasionally, in dreams, & tonight was another of those. Gone but not forgotten #grief

I had a birthday this week, & a week off work, which always throws me into disarray. As I get older, & give myself permission to surrender to my natural most authentic state this card spoke to me the most 🙏 permission to go to bed early. Thank you universe 💕
