Hey Glowforge and Dan Shapiro, I am currently on my 5th Glowforge replacement within 2 years. I have spent hours with support trying to resolve the issues with the most recent 3 replacements. I am being told that I have to pay $1,700 to return the unopened 6th unit. Help!

I've been using the Redragon low profile switches in my prototype layout builds due to how cheap they are on AliExpress. Made a custom 3 pad breakout board to make soldering easier. 300x of the boards for under $14 USD thanks to JLCPCB . Total build cost? $11 USD!!
