Another excellent day for Cricket Scarborough College Sport yesterday as a Development XI played two T20’s against Lancashire Thunder at Hyde CC, while the Girls 1st XI made it to the last 8 in the country by beating Sedbergh School Girls 1st XI in the National Cup 👏 🙌 🏏

TOP 8 IN THE COUNTRY 👏🏻 An incredible achievement for our Girls Cricket squad. In just our second year of Girls Cricket provision, these girls are achieving amazing things! Testament to the hard work and commitment of both staff and students.

A fantastic day on Friday for the first course of the summer which included Punjab Kings IPL player Harpreet Singh on our T20 Masterclass @ Doncaster Town. We got the sun, hit millions of balls, covered plenty of fielding & worked on T20 bowling skills. 🙌 ☀️ 🏏

A couple of good 1-1 sessions recently with Liv. So good to see her rewarded for her efforts in the Girls U19 National Final for Sessay Cricket Club Very well done to all for getting so close - what an amazing run. And two other brilliant Scarborough College Sport girls also involved. 👏

An excellent win by Scarborough College Sport against Shrewsbury School in the ESCA National U15 T20 semi final at the picturesque Arundel Castle. Scarborough College 162/7 Shrewsbury 136/6 On to the final later against Harrow or Kings Taunton. Scarborough College Guy Emmett Vitae Sports

Incredible effort from this fine group of young men who just missed out on a National double today. A good win against Shrewsbury School in the semi was followed by defeat against a strong Harrow School team in the Final. National 50 over Champions & National T20 Runners up. 👏
