If the Sandie Peggie v Fife Health Board & Dr Upton tribunal produces anything, I hope it’s the sacking of those wasting public money, attempting to defend lunacy. This is public money, being sacrificed on the alter of indulging a man in a fantasy that he is really a woman.

NHS Fife are an absolute train smash. It looks as if their legal representation literally gave up today. There’s barely any attempt to even control the damage anymore. Hardly surprising as they are holed below the waterline, and sinking faster than Rachel Reeves CV.

The law trumps employment contracts. NHS equality rules are not exempt. NHS Fife will be aware of this, but are still taking money from patient care, to burn on the entitlement of Dr Upton. When this farce is over, people need to be held accountable for this waste of public cash.

The huge amount of money being burned on the Sandie Peggie vs NHS Fife and Dr Upton case has clearly been sanctioned by someone quite high up the chain. The question is who? And why aren’t they facing the media to justify this charade? Who is pulling the strings in all this?

Every single person in the U.K. should be asking questions. But they won’t. This is how they get away with it. This is why the police come round and intimidate grandmothers who question why their Councillor is on a WhatsApp group with bigots. Fear. Intimidation.
