A COASTAL CHICAGO PIZZA STORY - It’s a beautifully small world when you move from the Chicago suburbs to the west of coast of Florida to discover one of your favorite mom and pop Chicago thin crust pizzerias you left behind did the same. Little Italian Pizza in Clearwater, FL

A SAD COASTAL MOMENT - A boat strike claimed the life of this baby manatee. During my morning walk I encountered a response team from the Clearwater Aquarium (please support them) tending to this young victim along the shore here in Dunedin, FL. Nearby I saw it’s momma surface for air.
