Small relief: I was able to find Benny a flight out of Israel. In the wee hours of this morning, he and a friend arrived safely in Greece. We'll keep him there and see how things play out over the next couple of weeks.

Benny has had to head to the bomb shelter at least three times in the past two hours. He's been watching the Iron Dome knock down missiles out of the sky fired indiscriminately toward Tel Aviv. How's your day going?

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay2023 , and I can't stop thinking about my friend who took his life earlier this year. I'm sorry, Jack- for not doing enough. I'm also sorry for maybe doing too much- and keeping you here when all you wanted was for the pain to stop. #suicide #guilt
