6th case today is from Tel Aviv with Dr. Elchanan Bruckheimer doing a Harmony valve in a patient with severe PR after tetralogy of Fallot!

Excellent result with the Harmony!!

Afternoon sessions at PICS-IPC Istanbul are very interesting! In Hall 1: RVOT and PDA stenting in infants! Hall 2: Lymphatic interventions! Hall 3: LVOT and aortic interventions! Great speakers!

Second afternoon sessions at PICS-IPC Istanbul are: hall 1 Transcatheter interventions in low and middle income countries. Hall 2: Structural interventions in CHD patients and Hall 3: tPVR part 1. Great topics and speakers

Last sessions of the day at PICS-IPC Istanbul today: Hall 1: tPVR part 2; Happy 2: embolization of vascular connections. Great topics and speakers! Then tomorrow we will have live cases from Istanbul and Rome.

3rd day of PICS-IPC Istanbul! Live cases from Istanbul and Rome! First cases were ASD with Gore device from Rome and SVASD from Istanbul! I was guest operator with Dr. Ahmet Çelebi! Great case using new stent from AndraTec!!

Second case from Istanbul was tPVR using MyVal! Also I was guest operator with Dr. Çelebi! We implanted a 32 mm valve without prestent! Excellent result! And now Dr. Butera is doing a PDA case using Occlutech PDA device!

Afternoon sessions at PICS-IPC Istanbul! Hall 1 debates: first debate between Dr. Shak Qureshi and Dr. Zohair Alhalees about SVASD! Great debate! Still not many centers around the globe are doing catheter repair for these defects!!

Second debate: Aortic balloon valvuloplasty! Should it be guided by valve morphology? Pro: Frank Ing Can: Phil Roberts
