Back to where it all began 🏡 4 years ago, String of Hearts started as a seed of an idea after getting together with older adults in our town centre. Yesterday we enjoyed going back to Sale town centre with one of our groups to write a new song all about our community 💛

This song showcases the incredible efforts of unpaid carers in our community, who should be celebrated for everything they do for others 🌟 Congratulations to all of the carers for creating this song with @AminaFlute Lucy Geddes and thank you Carers Manchester for making it happen!
