Please meet my superhero, Jorge. I met Jorge at the 2019 Cambridge Half Marathon when he ran his first race with Team StrideForStride. At the time I didn’t know that I would soon be diagnosed with CKD and I also didn’t know that I would soon need a kidney transplant.
