This afternoon, the Planning Bill enters the House of Lords. Within it is a proposal that would make it easier to destroy the woods, rivers and wildlife we all love - by weakening the laws that keep them safe. If Part 3 isn’t changed or scrapped, nature will pay the price. ⚠️

Trees felled in a conservation area without permission and multiple nests with chicks in disturbed. This was the work of some contractors and a landowner, both of whom should have known better. Hopefully they are being investigated for both things. plymouthherald.co.uk/news/plymouth-…
