Its not that Bajaj Allianz General Insurance have not tried. You have a call center, escalation team email ids, a missed call number for grievance, an sms message (worry) too, plus there are three social media handles. Sanjiv Bajaj The call center team is called ELITE service team. :-)

I am still trying to understand the management practice you follow. You have service request number for every email. You also have a bunch of escalation processes across various channels. Not clear who is monitoring issue resolution? #CXM #bestpractices

Its not all bad either. Like having multiple escalation channels (not monitored though), their agents dont disconnect the call like many others do. This is a saving grace. They will also connect you to supervisor if you insist. And also their supervisors. Its a game.
