Tomorrow marks 4 years since my I tried to take my own life. At the time, I was on a psych ward and didn’t think things would ever get better… Well, turns out I was wrong and, whilst it hasn’t been easy, I’m so glad that I stayed 😊

It’s exactly 4 years since I tried to take my own life - and today I’m celebrating my second chance in life… I didn’t believe it at the time, but things really do get better 💕

Exactly 4 years ago, I woke up on a psych ward after trying to take my life the day before This morning, I woke up in my own bed, and went for a walk along the beach. I’m not saying things are perfect, but they definitely did get better ❤️
