This week the Supreme Court will hear a case on whether EMTALA requires EDs to care for pregnant people. The state of Idaho argues it doesn’t. If they win, that could have significant implications for all sorts of care, not just related to pregnancy.

Vice President Harris: Trump appointed three justices to the Supreme Court with the intention to overturn Roe. Trump said women should be punished and that he is proud of what he did. Proud? Proud doctors can go to jail? Proud that women have fewer rights than their grandmothers?
