VANDU My daughter has been unhoused here in Victoria for 10 yrs. On the BC Housing list for over 5 yrs. She has been told she is too resilient....what the F*&C does that mean? The Bylaw and Cops here in Victoria are pushing ppl into the shadows, more are dying. Stop the Sweeps Vancouver
