With 17 weeks to go to the STRAW Scarecrow Festival we’ve been thinking about making a 30 foot tall scarecrow and putting it on the Jansel House roundabout. Maybe need to speak to Luton Borough Council but I’m sure they’d be fine with that……

Three years ago NOAH Enterprise made a scarecrow that I was going to put out for them. They delivered it but rested it against my NEIGHBOURS kitchen window! It kinda scared her at first!😱
