Every day is like CYBER Monday for CSAM. That means criminals are still out there, and as long as there are no consequences for their behavior, then the CSAM epidemic continues. Child exploitative material is every day. #csam #stopchildpredators #BackTheBlue #childsafety

Who benefits from blocking KOSA? KIDS. This bill ignores public safety, encourages digital ambulance chasing but it doesn't take a single predator off the street. If this bill passes generations of children will be victimized by the criminals KOSA ignores.

When it comes to getting predators off the streets—and off the internet—the DOJ isn't properly enforcing existing laws to stop them. The PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008, spearheaded by then-Senator Joe Biden, aimed to create a nationwide network of law enforcement to stop

Thank you, Wesley Hunt, for joining Donald J. Trump in speaking out against the TikTok ban. This bill undermines the right of parents to choose how their teens use social media. We’re happy to see lawmakers speaking out against this government overreach.

“Just because the bill has the word ‘kids’ in the name doesn’t mean it will protect children,” says SCP advisor during today’s Congressional Internet Caucus briefing. Maureen Flatley #DefeatKOSMA #Protect youtube.com/live/lwWXz5tTV…

Arkansas is a dangerous place for children, but it’s not because of social media. Here’s why SB 611 and 612 won’t protect kids: stopchildpredators.substack.com/p/for-immediat…

Mike Stabile (@mikestabile) 's Twitter Profile Photo

"For children in Arkansas, social media is the least of their problems. The push for these deeply flawed bills indicates that lawmakers are ignoring a more serious situation for children, that is the poor performance of the state itself when it comes to keeping children safe."

When it comes to protecting kids from online predators in Florida, tax dollars would be best invested in more police officers and outcome measurement. SB 868 and HB 743 would fail to protect kids and only waste money on more costly litigation. stopchildpredators.substack.com/p/child-protec…

Maureen Flatley (@moflatley) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Dear Florida, SB868/HB743 miss the point. Investing in FL law enforcement would be a much better approach. Florida Sheriffs Association Florida Deputy Sheriffs Association are the tip of the spear when it comes to taking predators off the street.
