Case update!! The case against 9 youth activists who were arrested while delivering a petition to Stanbic Bank Uganda to refrain from funding the EACOP project has been dismissed. The youth continue to raise their voices against the human and environmental rights violations by #EACOP

Breaking dozens of activists have been arrested in a non-violent protest march to @KCBGroup bank to protest the banks decision of providing debt funding to EACOP. They are currently detained at Kiira road police station, no one should be arrested for rejecting EACOP #stopEACOP
