Reed Sheppard has had the it-factor for years. First watched him burst onto the scene three years ago, will be a massive get for the Houston Rockets. Lights-out offensive player.

Every year teams draft guys that are labeled ‘draft steals’ Who did it this year? Toronto got a stud with Ja’Kobe Walter at No. 19, Cleveland made a splash with Jaylon Tyson, and Minnesota landed a lottery talent at No. 27. Here’s three of my steals.stockrisers.com/s/534/nba-draf…

The Jazz honestly had two major steals over the last 5 picks of the draft. To snag Isaiah Collier at 29 and now land Kyle Filipowski at 32, you had yourself a successful draft. To add Cody Williams, Kyle Filipowski, and Isaiah Collier is huge.

Knicks fans are going to love Tyler Kolek. Honestly the perfect PG to play behind Jalen Brunson. High-IQ guard, can score the heck out of the ball as well. Love this pick for Thibs and the Knicks, perfect fit.

Johnny Furphy is off the board to Indiana at No. 35. Great value pick, I think he still could’ve been a first-round pick.

The Raptors with an amazing draft. You get Ja’Kobe Walter at No. 19, open up the second-round with Jonathan Mogbo, now land Jamal Shead with the 45th selection. They knocked it out of the ball park with this 2024 draft.

The San Antonio Spurs are selecting North Carolina’s Harrison Ingram with the 48th selection in the NBA Draft, a source told @Stockrisers. The Spurs were impressed by Ingram’s pre-draft workout and bring a Texas-grown kid back home.

Spurs brass is thrilled that Ingram was available for them at No. 48. They were blown away with his workout, and get to bring a Texas kid home. Will be one of the steals of this draft.

The Boston Celtics are drafting Gonzaga’s Anton Watson with the 54th selection, a source told @Stockrisers. Heard rumblings of him sneaking into the second-round earlier this morning.

Celtics obviously appreciate the winning pedigree of Anton Watson. This is a perfect fit for him and the franchise, adding a player with his pedigree to an already winning franchise.

The Knicks just made an incredible value pick on Kevin McCullar Jr. with the 56th pick. Battled injury this year and had a shot at the first-round if he didn’t face that set back. I’m told Knicks brass has been enamored with McCullar and interest dates back to last year.

Ironically, McCullar Jr. worked out with the Knicks last year and they kept close tabs on him all season. Now get him with a great value selection.x.com/jakeweingarten…

Every year a team finds an ideal fit with a second-round pick. This year, I saw a few. The Knicks made a splash drafting Tyler Kolek, Philly found a perfect backup for Joel Embiid, and the Spurs got a steal at No.48 Here are three ideal second-round picks:stockrisers.com/s/535/nba-draf…
