A group of our students are in London participating in two Citizens UK events — last night was the National General Election Assembly and today students will meet Cardinal Vincent Nichols as we co-lead “Called to Action” a day of Catholic Social Teaching and Community Organising
We have had a fantastic day sharing all about the work of St Thomas More’s community organising journey with Tyne & Wear Citizens. Thanks to Cardinal Nichols who agreed to share our letter of invitation to the Holy Father Pope Francis.
