Highlights from Tenebrae. Candles are extinguished throughout, ending in complete darkness ("tenebrae"). A single candle, representing Christ, remains lit & hidden. A great noise is made - the earthquake at Christ's death. This ends as the candle reappears - the Resurrection.

Oremus pro Pontifice nostro Leone! May St. Leo the Great intercede for him! On Sunday, May 11, Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament will follow the 10:30am Mass. Uniting in prayer for our Holy Father, we will thank God for the gift of a Supreme Pontiff by chanting the Te Deum.
