Had to make a little hotfix today. "Purge Repurpose Destroy" 0.2.1 includes minor optimizations and removes the big DO NOT SHIP FILE.... I don't know how I missed that. #PRD #horrorgame #gamedev #indiegame

Very minor thing I get annoyed by, but people getting mad at long-form breakdowns of games feels very odd. As if you're not allowed to talk about something at length because you're "looking too deeply into it". Especially in a game with as much symbolism as Mouthwashing.

For today's #screenshotsaturday I made a mock Main menu setup in-engine. Since I hadn't worked with UI elements in Unreal Engine before, it took some learning, but I think this is a good starting point that I can expand on later! #gamedev #indiedev

This is always a pretty clever technique to see In Xenoblade Chronicles every bush in Gaur Plains is the same way. Just a flat 2D plane that rotates as you move the 3D camera to give the illusion its 3D All the wizardry Monolithsoft needed to do to get this world on the Wii 😭
