The Commissioner, Chris Quinn, was at Libraries NI Whiterock Rd, Belfast, today for the NICCY exhibition tour, ‘For Every Child…Every Right’. Chris met primary and post-primary pupils from West Belfast and discussed the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
