Sometimes it’s hard not to feel like you’re just nothing to others, or worse, a nuisance. Gets lonely feeling.

Something about perceiving genuinely happy people and their fun friendships and such is very enlivening to me.

Light leg press for 20 mins then eliptical for 20. Not too hardcore/intense, but it’s something. Gotta rebuild habits.
