1. If your doing a bathroom I’d advise you NEVER! To use @VictoriaPlumUK absolute shocking service. Once they have your money they don’t care a jot! They make it particularly hard to contact them, no phone number just an email that they might reply to when they get around to it.

2. They contacted me after 9pm the evening before my delivery to let me know my shower base was not coming! I had the plumber coming in 2 days! Booked the plumber a month previous when they provided a delivery date. Then there was issues with parts missing @VictoriaPlumUK

3. Still waiting for a fix to a short grating screw for my stand alone bath. When you have a tradesman on site and you can’t get an answer quickly it’s impossible they are absolutely useless and they have zero remorse! Just a case of thanks for the cash you mug. @VictoriaPlumUK

3. Provided a Grating screw not long enough for my Standalone bath and I’m still waiting on a reply (by email) meanwhile my plumber has to move to another job and struggling to source one elsewhere. Their advice? Send another email! @VictoriaPlumUK

4 Not to mention the bowed countertop or the attitude I received when I went through to their Trade Only phone number to try to speak to a human! Rather than wait 3 days for a useless email. In conclusion I’d sooner order my next project from the Fyre festival dude! Steer clear!
