Plus net , what a shambles. Been without internet for 4 days. Used 200 minutes on hold waiting for them to answer the phone. Wish I’d stayed with old provider . Think twice before moving over to this provider as they are a nightmare

Update on my internet ( lack of) Day5 and still no internet. Promised it would be connected at the latest midnight last night, then had another email to say it’s on hold AGAIN until 7am today. Promised a call back today and I’m still waiting.
