We found #COVID19 #ICU pts had improved mortality if they were on home anticoagulation continued during hospitalization compared to those not on prehospital AC. Interestingly these pts are excluded from many ongoing RCTs. Anyone else find this too? SCCM medcraveonline.com/JLPRR/JLPRR-08…
