The eggs and bacon were among the best we’ve ever tried, and with the eggs produced by chickens just metres from our pitch, you can’t get much more local than that! 🥚🐓

Another day, another driving tour 🚐

This time the weather allowed us to get out of the car (briefly), and we made it to Laugharne Castle, Pendine Sands Beach and the colourful town of Tenby 🥰

South Wales really has so much to offer! 😍

The main reason for us visiting Wales was to catch up with my bestie and ex-caregiver, Stef 💗 Having worked with me for over 6 years, she became an integral part of our lives, and we’ve been dying to visit her new home since she left last July! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Wet and wild weather = A driving tour of the Gower Peninsula 🚐
We had a great time exploring Mumbles, Rhosili, King Arthur’s Stone and finished with ice cream at GG’s 😋

For a long time now, we’ve been on the lookout for a tea set that we can build up over time and keep forever… and we think we’ve finally found ‘the one’! 🫖

What better way to christen it than having afternoon tea with the glamorous Queen of Tea herself — Stephen’s Grandma 💗

A nice trip out to Dorset this morning to see Adventure Wheels and service @karlab465 Balder, now in its 14th year! New batteries fitted and a good service all ready for their upcoming trips! 👏😁🔧

So great to have our VW back and running well again ⚙️. It took a bit more than we expected for the gearbox repair and it needed quite a few things during its annual service too, but it’s back on the road and ready for our next adventure! 😁🏕️

Last night’s spontaneous Saturday evening drive took us to Swanage to see the sea 🌊

Like the mature 30-year-olds that we are, we found ourselves in the arcades playing on the 2p machines 😆 It brought back wonderful memories of when we first started dating in our teens 🥰
