Very disappointed, Uber. When I ordered my ride it said 3-4 minutes. As soon as I tapped confirm & paid, the time jumped to 7-8 minutes. It took 16 minutes (yes, I have screen caps) AND driver pulled to wrong side of street even though screen said they would be on my side. WTH?!
