On the eps suite there are actually some members that bring the heavier snow amounts to the coast off the Cape, But the fair majority still showing jackpot NW RI/N CT/places west..SW of Boston. Hence ..the mean of these members gives the coast a shot at accumulating snow.

Even in the snowy winter of 1960-1961…Boston and the coast didn’t see its first meaningful snow until a snowstorm hit on 12/11-12/12…1960. That kicked off a good winter for snow peeps. 60” fell that winter…in Boston. Next weekend is only 12/6-12/7 Keep this in mind.

This is mid winter cold folks. Hard to imagine we dont cash in on a meaningful snow before Christmas in parts of mid atlantic...north to Providence and Boston...and Coastal SNE... Either way. This winter is not the past several. Its a different animal. Thats all. ☕️

0z Cmc week from tomorrow night. Thursday night 12/11. I wouldn’t mention it if not for a notable number of overnight eps members showing a meaningful snowstorm in the northeast 12/11-12/12. Again, falls right in our period of interest….. Let’s see how this unfolds.

GFS holding strong with a potential minor snowstorm Sunday night into Monday, but all other models don't phase the two pieces, hence light snow showers at best. Odds of the GFS verifying are low but not zero, so worth watching.
