7 years ago, the mysterious monolith first appeared at NASA JPL, for the initial meeting of the ARCHIVED - NASA Europa Clipper science team. 7 years from now, the team will be finalizing operations plans, preparing to enter Jupiter orbit to explore Europa. #JupiterAndBeyondTheInfinite #PI_Daily

Excited to be part of this paper exploring the origin of sort-of-maybe volcanic materials spewing from Saturn’s moon Enceladus.

Had a fun time at this meeting. Lots of work to go, but hopefully in this decade we’ll figure out as a science community how best to access other oceans in our solar system.
