Sad to see how parts of Amazon Web Services have become the opposite of customer-obsessed. They're making it ridiculously difficult to close accounts. Limit is 10% accounts/month. Refusing quota increase. No way thats a hard limit? Just making it unnecessarily difficult for customers😞
