Retired in building new homes in 1 of the best Counties in the USA. Drove around today checking all the new homes for sale and it was a lot. NO re-sale homes was noticed. NOT 1. This tells me 1 thing folks. Homeowners will not move as they have a low mortgage rate. Not good.
