It happened again!!!! We came we conquered the demons!!!! So second session took it easy on the legs as my quads were so tight! Pbs Squats 60kg Bench Press 70kg for 1 50kg for 8 Bicep Curls 15kg Over head press 30kg Bent over rows 70kg Dead Lift 140kg (my body weight!)
