Pan-Ram: boys 300mH top 10

Had a pretty good day at the Pan-Ram invitational! PR'd in the 110m hurdles with a 15.11 and still have a lot to work on. In the 300m hurdles had a decent race and ran a 40.81 (Not a PR). And I was 1st leg for our 4x1 which placed 3rd place. 𝙲𝙳 𝙴𝙰𝚂𝚃 𝚃𝚁𝙰𝙲𝙺 & 𝙵𝙸𝙴𝙻𝙳 Clark McCready

Attended the West Chester Henderson Invite and had a blast. with a Triple Jump of 44'8 won the triple jump competition. We also achieved state qualifying times and won both the 4x1 and 4x4 events. A Freshman only. (Third leg for the 4x4) 𝙲𝙳 𝙴𝙰𝚂𝚃 𝚃𝚁𝙰𝙲𝙺 & 𝙵𝙸𝙴𝙻𝙳
