Last week, Step Up to STEM welcomed our cohort 2 students back to NCSSM in Durham for a fun and exciting week of classes and enrichment activities! Thank you to our sponsors, The Barber Fund and Cisco Systems for helping to make this opportunity possible for our students!

This summer, Step Up to STEM hosted 2 cohorts of students at NCSSM-Durham & ECSU, serving 137 rising 9th and 10th graders in NC. Thanks to Cisco Systems, Anonymous Trust Foundation, The Barber Fund, funding from Blue Cross Blue Shield, & NCAIA Fund for their generous support!

This week, Step Up to STEM traveled with NCSSM Admissions to Halifax & Tyrrell Counties! Thank you Weldon Middle School, AIG Coordinator Jennifer Friend, Columbia Middle School, & Guidance Counselor Jennifer Westcott for hosting and NCSSM Admissions for letting us join you!
