It was wonderful to attend the Newport Cathedral this evening for the "Pray with Pride" event, held on the eve of Pride in the Port . The service was incredibly warm and inviting, filled with love and support from everyone present.

Volunteers from St John Ambulance Cymru Newport and surrounding areas provided first aid cover at Glebelands Miniature Railway and the very colourful and lively Pride in the Port. As always we are grateful for their time, they ensured a safe, memorable day for all. #volunteeringwithpride🌈

It was an honor to represent St John Ambulance Cymru Newport with Harrison, A Badgers, in laying the our Wreath at this year's parade+ service. I’m proud of our young people, many were new + attending their first parade. After, two of us went to help cover the Rugby in Cardiff.

Porsche Centre Newport is one of just three “destination centres” in the UK. That means lots of good local jobs and more business being done in our city. I was also pleased to hear about their opportunities for apprenticeships and letting community groups use their space.
