Tried ungrouping the icons on the taskbar and restoring the labels (like in Windows 95!) There's enough space with 2560px width and many of these are tabbed in themselves, so it doesn't overpopulate as much.

Does the Moon look...strange...to you? 👀 That's because this view came from our Galileo spacecraft as it passed by the Moon on its journey to Jupiter. On the right half, some of the features that are familiar to us. On the left, part of the far side never seen from Earth.

Enjoy tonight's nearly full Moon, Earthlings. If you were on Mars – depending on the time – you could see one or both of its two small moons in the sky. This recent view of Deimos glowing like a star in the pre-dawn twilight was captured by Perseverance. images.nasa.gov/details/PIA265…

You're as colorful as a rainbow You're as bright as the moon Everyone can see your halo… On June 12, 2007, NASA's Cassini spacecraft captured a special sight—a rainbow appearing on Saturn's rings! 🪐 More about the opposition effect: go.nasa.gov/4kQCRgm

Do you know the names of some of the brightest stars? It's likely that you do, even though some bright stars have names so old they date back to near the beginning of written language. Many world cultures have their own names for the brightest stars, and it is culturally and

東京モノレールについて、昔の偉い人は「浜松町→羽田第2ターミナルは400円が空を海を飛ぶアトラクション代で残りの100円が運賃」という名言を残したと聞きますが、実際に乗ってみて納得でした。

Today we put 70-250MeV protons through a non-scaling fixed-field beamline, the highest energy ever for this sort of beamline! It bends by 22.5° using 1.85 Tesla permanent magnets. Here is the 250MeV beam leaving at the largest radius (right of screen). #accelerators #physics

Part of this weekend's data acquisition involved me hitting a key as close as possible in time to the RHIC injector complex's 4.2sec or 6.0sec cycle. No time to implement a trigger for the cameras! But at least it captured four consecutive pulses using the laptop's clock

Tonight: Look high in the western sky after sunset. Reddish Mars appears close to the bright bluish-white star Regulus, known as the "heart" of the lion constellation, Leo.
