I don't care how much you spend on a trainer or how many AAU games you play if you arent working out on your own to improve. An hour w/ a trainer 2X a week or 5 games in a weekend doesnt replace 500 MAKES in a day & lifting weights! Dr. Dish Basketball #ThursdayThoughts
Proud of you! Now go do great things with Bryan College WBB
Girls bounced back after a rough first day and executed what we asked to near perfection. As always, proud of Molly Tipton and her on court leadership, vision, ball handling, unselfishness, and timely three balls.
We missed Emma Wilson in Game 1 Saturday, but her commitment was on full displayβlanding in Knoxville and heading straight to Game 2. Her energy, defense, and ability to knock down big shots are just a few of the many things she brings to this team.
Keep after it Molly Tipton, future is bright!
Canβt say enough good things about Emma Wilson. Sheβs the kind of player every coach hopes for: tough when it counts, relentless on the boards, a high-IQ defender, & a consistent threat from beyond the arc. But above all, sheβs an incredible teammate.
Hey KY_Aces2029 way to be a complete joke when it comes to not calling the director of the tourney that you wouldnβt show up for a game at 530 at the roses when we have kids and families 4:5 hours away that waited all day to play. And you fricken live in the city!!! Whoever
