About damned time. We rented a Tesla in Maui a couple of years ago and there was basically no place on the island to get it charged. We had to cut short our “Road to Hana” trip, and wound up swapping it for a gas-powered car. (The guy at Avis said “yeah, this happens a lot.”)

The Buddy CSM I first went to Ukraine in 2002 on a contract to reform their NCO Corps. The contract was a failure for several reasons, one being that the Ukrainian Army at that time (it has changed dramatically since 2009) was much like you see in the Russian Army now, except it was at peace.
